Yes. SERENA-B, known to many simply as SERENA or Serena bags, makes leather handbags handcrafted in Ubrique, Spain, and released in small, limited drops. Founded by Taya Bonicos and named after her daughter, Serena, the brand makes three signature bags: Gabriella, Martha and Arianna.

SERENA-B releases its Serena bags in small, limited drops rather than large seasonal collections, so each piece stays rare. Members of the SERENA Circle get first access to every drop, members-only pieces and private events.

SERENA-B bags have been seen on Princess Märtha Louise of Norway, Sofía Vergara, Lisa Kudrow, Joy Sunday, Alana Hadid, Nadine Matar, Leslie and Zsa Zsa Zemeckis, Nina Sandbech, Sofie Årnes and Lise Pierron. The brand has been featured in Vogue Scandinavia, ELLE Norway and Forbes.

Finest-grade calf leather outside, with a nappa leather lining. Every bag is handcrafted in Ubrique, a town of leather workshops in Andalusia, where the tanneries share a single water plant that recirculates water through the tanning process.

Each bag carries an NFC chip and comes with a certificate of provenance. Email contact@serena.no if you ever need to check one.

Yes. Email contact@serena.no with your choice of colour and your initials. Personalised bags take about 15 weeks; we ask for 50% upfront and the rest before shipping. Because they're made to order, they can't be returned unless faulty.

Shipping is free to EU countries, 135 NOK within Norway and 250 NOK (about €23) everywhere else.

We email your tracking number when your order ships. Track it on the courier's website, or email contact@serena.no with any questions.

We dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery then takes up to 14 days within Norway, about 4 business days within the EU and about 7 to the UK and the US.

We ship from Spain and Norway, so orders that cross a customs border on the way to you may be charged import duties and taxes, paid by the recipient. All orders to the United States are subject to duties, whatever their value.

Yes, and returns are free. Let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing contact@serena.no, then send the item back using the prepaid UPS label included with your order. Full steps are on our Shipping & Returns page.

No. Use the prepaid UPS label included with your order. If there's no UPS Access Point near you, email us and we'll arrange another way to send it, at no cost to you.

Within 14 days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method. We also refund your original standard delivery charge.

Each bag comes with an antibacterial cotton cloth for dusting and polishing. Store it in its dust bag, out of direct sunlight, and keep light leather away from dark denim, which can transfer dye. For a spa treatment or repairs, email contact@serena.no.
